Canadian International Collge - CIC established its Institutes of Engineering in 2004 and 2012 consecutively. Students can study Engineering in any of our both campuses: New Cairo or Sheikh Zayed campus. The Institute provides a number of labs and workshops with recent devices and instruments to enable students to apply their knowledge and enhance their skills. Students applying to CIC can choose their field of specialization as CIC offers multiple majors.

Architecture

The Architecture major at CIC provides a various number of courses in different architectural disciplines, that teaches students to highlight and solve problems, improve the built environment, consequently, preparing them to the professional field. The program depends on numerous teaching and learning strategies and effective learning methods using technology, Interactions, activities, field trips and 3D modelling and simulation. The degree awarded by this program is a Bachelor's of Science (B.Sc.) in Architecture Engineering and grants the graduate eligibility to apply to the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate for professional licensure.

Communications & Electronics

Electronics & Communication major at CIC offers the basics of the field to students that will support them during the period of learning and also after graduation to be qualified in the local and international market. We make sure students get hands-on experience with the design and operation of mobile system, satellite communication networks all over the world, switching and telephony network, wireless communications, encryption techniques, Microwave communication system, Medical equipment’s, command /control systems and robotics with sensors

Civil

The Civil Engineering major offered by the Institute of Engineering at CIC aims to develop the academic and professional capabilities of the students and train them to be able to work in all areas of civil engineering. This field of study is considered the oldest professions in history. It includes a wide range of disciplines: (1) Structural engineering and construction, (2) Public works engineering and (3) Hydraulic and water resources engineering. Graduation requirements: civil engineering students need to achieve 167 CHS to earn a Bachelor in civil engineering.
