Meet H.E Dr. Rania Al-Mashat

We are proud to announce that CIC hosted a session by Dr Rania Al-Mashat the minister of International Cooperation of Egypt and former minister of Tourism of Egypt in a session powered by Mass Communication, CIC.

Dr. Rania is well known in different fields and has received a couple of awards including The “Young Global Leader” award, the “Champions of Change” award during a joint ceremony organized by the Embassies of Mexico, Canada, and Sweden in Cairo, and was also honored to be one of the 50 most influential women in the Egyptian economy.

During the session, DR. Rania shared with us tips for younger females.

1- Start by setting an intention to be an effective person.
2- Authenticity matters.
3- Be present in every moment.
4- You must have the 4 C’s to succeed in every field:

  • Competent

  • Connections

  • Confidence

  • Charm (emotional intelligence)
