CIC proudly celebrates a remarkable academic milestone as the school of Engineering – Major Civil hosted distinguished academic and public figures for the evaluation of its Bachelor’s graduation projects.
Under the gracious hospitality of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Atef Fegal, Dean of the Engineering Department, and Dr. Nouran Mohamed Abdel Latif, Acting Head of the Civil Engineering Department, the department was honored to welcome H.E. Prof. Dr. Abdel Kawi Khalifa, former Minister of Utilities and former Governor of Cairo, who served as an external examiner for the undergraduate graduation project in Network Hydraulics. The project was supervised by Dr. Nouran Mohamed Abdel Latif, whose academic guidance and leadership continue to elevate the department’s standards of excellence.
The department was also privileged to host Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El Kateb, Professor of Reinforced Concrete Structures at the Ain Shams University Faculty of Engineering, as an external examiner for the undergraduate graduation project in Concrete and Steel Structures. The project was supervised by Dr. Mohamed Attia and Dr. Randa Fouad, whose mentorship prepared students for professional and technical challenges.
