In an atmosphere filled with pride and honor, researcher Ibrahim El-Khouly successfully defended his master’s thesis at the Institute of Arab Research and Studies, titled:
“Evaluating Media Coverage of People with Disabilities – A Qualitative Study,” on June 23, 2025.
Since being appointed a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Mass Communication, CIC, in October 2019, Ibrahim El-Khouly has proven to be a role model for ambitious youth, especially after earning his bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, with a specialization in Radio and Television, in the same year.
El-Khouly’s achievements extend beyond academia. He is also one of Egypt’s distinguished champions in tennis and swimming, proudly representing the country in several international competitions and claiming world titles in:
- Annecy, France (2024)
- Perth, Australia (2019)
- Dominican Republic, South America (2018)

He was also honored as torchbearer during the opening of one of the championships and has earned regional titles in:
Sultanate of Oman (2013)
Cairo, Egypt (2014)
Turin, Italy (2008) – his very first international tournament.
We are proud of Ibrahim El-Khouly’s remarkable academic and athletic accomplishments, and CIC wishes him continued success and excellence in his educational and professional journey.
