In line with its ongoing commitment to community engagement and sustainable development, the CIC Mass Communication program has signed a cooperation protocol with the Arab Youth and Environment Union. The agreement aims to establish a strong partnership that enhances collaboration in environmental, social, and developmental fields.
The agreement was officially signed by Dr. Nermeen El Azraq, Dean of Mass Communication, and Dr. Mamdouh Rashwan, Secretary-General of the Arab Youth and Environment Union.
As part of the agreement, both parties will collaborate on a range of key areas, including:
- Environmental Awareness: Organizing awareness campaigns, workshops, and conferences to promote sustainability culture among students and faculty members.
- Training Programs: Develop specialized training programs on sustainability, environmental protection, and climate change, with details to be finalized in future agreements.
- Scientific Research and Student Initiatives: Supporting environmental research projects and encouraging student participation in addressing local and global environmental challenges.
- Cultural and Environmental Exchange: Implementing exchange programs for students and faculty across Egypt and the region to foster collaboration in tackling environmental issues.
