The Arab Council for Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development has honored Dr. Amal El Ghazawy, Mass Communication Advisor at CIC. , with the 2026 Arab Woman Award for Social Responsibility in recognition of her outstanding contributions to arts, culture, and the preservation of Arab identity.
The award was presented during the 5th Arab International Forum for Women in Diplomacy, organized by the Arab Council for Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development in collaboration with the League of Arab States and under the patronage of the Association of Arab Universities. The forum was held at the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States in Cairo.

Dr. El Ghazawy was recognized based on the Council’s award criteria, which emphasize transparency, sustainable impact, community contribution, and the ability to create positive change. Her dedication to advancing culture, supporting the arts, strengthening national identity, and promoting creativity as a pillar of sustainable development earned her this distinguished recognition.
As part of the ceremony, all award recipients were named Ambassadors of Sustainable Development, celebrating their influential roles in advancing social responsibility across the Arab world.
This recognition highlights Dr. El Ghazawy’s ongoing commitment to using culture and the arts to support community development and empower future generations, while reflecting CIC’s pride in her contributions to sustainable development and Arab society.
