Dean of Business Administration Institute

The business program at CIC is not only about the curriculum but is also about coaching with passion and guidance to build up our student’s strengths. Through the provided practical and soft skills training, students gain the required knowledge that qualifies them to have distinguished roles in their future careers. We prepare our students to become tomorrow’s leaders by developing the key competencies that will assist them to adapt to different work environments.

Prof. Hashem is holding a Ph.D. from the University of Birmingham, Business School, the UK supported by a full scholarship from the Egyptian government. His field of study is Innovation Management. Prof. Hashem is a Visiting Professor at many universities such as Arab Academy for Science & Technology, Graduate School of Business; Suez Canal University (Ismailia), and Aswan University. He, also, has considerable experience in the consultation and training field. He has designed and delivered several consultations and training programs in Egypt and other Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia, United Arab of Emirates, Qatar, Yemen, Tunisia, Sudan, and Libya.
